Orders, subpoenas, and discovery demands issued by courts or authorities outside Malaysia do not operate directly against us. A foreign requester should obtain recognition or enforcement through the Malaysian courts, or proceed through the mutual legal assistance channels available between that jurisdiction and Malaysia. We may decline any request that does not meet this standard.

Demand letters and complaints are not disclosure requests. A cease and desist letter, defamation complaint, takedown notice, or right of reply request does not entitle the sender to the identity or records of the customer who submitted the content. We will assess the content itself under our Terms of Service and editorial policies, and may remove, amend, or annotate it where warranted. Identification of the customer remains subject to the standard set out above.

Scope of any disclosure. Where we are lawfully compelled to disclose, we will disclose only the specific information the order requires. We will object to, or seek narrowing of, requests that are overbroad, vague, unduly burdensome, or that seek information we do not hold.

Notice to you. Reseller and white-label accounts. Where an authorised reseller or white-label partner submits content on behalf of its own clients, the reseller is our customer. The reseller's clients do not hold accounts with us. We hold information relating to the reseller account and to the content submitted through it. We do not hold the reseller's client records. Any request concerning a reseller's client should be directed to the reseller, which remains responsible for its own compliance with applicable data protection law in respect of those clients.

Service of legal process. Legal process must be served by post or in person on Plentisoft Sdn Bhd. Support tickets, contact forms, email, and social media messages do not constitute valid service. Where permitted by law, we may recover the reasonable costs of locating, retrieving, reviewing, and producing records.
