Zane Becomes the First Canadian Retailer to Offer Larsson & Jennings Watches

Zane, a leading Toronto fashion accessory retailer, is pleased to announce that they are the first Canadian retailer to offer the Larrson & Jennings line of designer watches.

“We’ve seen Larsson & Jennings get more and more critical praise for their design aesthetics,” says Zane Aburaneh, founder of Zane. “When we got the chance to be the first retailer in Canada to offer their watches, we jumped at it.”

As a retailer, Zane has earned a reputation online, and in its two Toronto stores, as a place to find exclusive, mid-priced fashion accessories from local and international designers, both well-known and up-and-coming.

A former handbag specialist at upscale retailer Holt Renfrew, Zane opened his first online store in 2010 specializing in women’s handbags.

A year later, Zane chose Toronto’s hip Queen St. West neighbourhood for his first pop-up boutique. With “on-the-street” sales soon outpacing the web store, Zane launched a permanent Queen West location, followed in late 2014 by a second outlet in Toronto’s perennially fashionable Yorkville district.

A relative newcomer to watch design, Larsson & Jennings debuted their first line in 2012. The company quickly caught the attention of leading fashion media, including GQ, Harper’s Bazaar and Glamour magazines.

A unique combination of British and Swedish design, for watches with Swiss-made quartz movements, Larsson & Jennings offers both men’s and women’s styles, all featuring their signature “minimalist design aesthetic and classic heritage”.
