Mortgage Banker Mr. Jason M. Ruedy, also known as The Home Loan Arranger, recently announced the grand prize winner of his Furniture Gift Certificate Give-Away Contest. The winner was presented with an American Furniture Warehouse gift certificate valued at $10,000.The lucky grand prize winner was Ms. Joelle Scott of Denver, Colorado.
Ms. Scott learned about the contest while watching Mr. Ruedy on the local television show Colorado & Company, which airs live on weekdays in Denver and across Colorado on Channel 9, KUSA-TV. The Home Loan Arranger is often featured on this program.
"I was working from home and had the television on. I saw something appear on the screen that announced the $10,000 Gift Certificate Contest, so I decided to turn up the volume. Upon doing so, I heard Mr. Ruedy discussing the benefits of refinancing a home mortgage into a new mortgage with a lower interest rate. That reminded me that I had been thinking about refinancing my mortgage, so I decided to give Mr. Ruedy a call," said Ms. Joelle Scott, winner of the gift certificate.
Ultimately, Ms. Scott decided to pursue a mortgage refinance with The Home Loan Arranger. She also opted to enter the Gift Certificate Contest -- even though a mortgage refinance was not required for doing so.
