Viridis Energy Resolves Lawsuit

Vancouver, BC/ March 7, 2014 / Viridis Energy Inc. ("Viridis" or the "Company") (TSXV: VRD), announced today that it has entered into a mutual release with Robert Gardner in which both parties agreed to release and discharge all claims and counterclaims connected to the Supreme Court of British Columbia Action S-115318 (the "Action"). Viridis withdraws all allegations against Mr. Gardner. Viridis expresses its appreciation for Mr. Gardner's past support and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
