Pulse Light Clinic say they believe nutrition is essential to ensuring that their acne treatment is successful, they advise clients to ensure certain sugary foods are avoided and increase their in-take of foods rich in skin nutrients, namely vegetables. The plate should always have plenty of bright colours. An increase in fibre in-take can help to to assist in speedy elimination of excess hormones from the body.
