Phill Grove became well known and respected in the real estate industry for creating the first post-bubble real estate training program called the ‘Assignment of Mortgage Payments System (AMPS), which taught real estate professionals how to sell ‘unsellable' houses to ‘unloanable' people at market price. During his career, he's had to adapt his strategies to fit the economy many times.
