Oregon-born Amy Fordyce has declared war on the aging process by launching two successful sites this year targeting women who need to lose weight, especially those 35 and over. She will be focusing on diet, exercise, and natural supplements using herself as the prime example on all of her videos.Her first site www.fitwithamy.com focuses on her own personal stories and struggles with weight loss & weight gain. This can be compounded if they have had children and have not maintained a healthy lifestyle. Amy Fordyce is presently planning to expand her Tampa operation to 6 other major cities across the country, looking for like-minded women who desire not just to make the change but to be the change.
