About the Best Places to Work Award
The Nashville Business Journal’s started the annual Best Places to Work awards 15 years ago. This year’s awards were developed in cooperation with Quantum Workplace, which conducted an initial anonymous survey among employees at nominated companies. “The employee survey measures 10 key engagement categories, including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders and manager effectiveness. Responses from each question of each completed survey are compiled and evaluated. Companies are ranked, and winners are chosen in each size category by their overall composite score.”
Companies which have won for 10 consecutive years will be inducted in the “Best Places to Work 10 Year Hall of Fame.”
The Nashville Business Journal also offers the annual Best of the Bar award, which honors the work of Middle Tennessee attorneys. The Rocky McElhaney Law Firm is a past recipient of the Best of the Bar award as well.
