Debra Hicks, PE/LSI, Chief Executive Officer of Pettigrew & Associates, P.A., recently announced the addition of two employees - Austin Wall, Engineer Intern; and Teodoro Cano, Engineering Technician II.Austin Wall was brought on board in September as an Engineer Intern for the firm. Mr. Wall is a recent graduate of New Mexico Tech where he obtained his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. He competed in the American Society of Civil Engineers Steel Bridge Competition, advancing to the national competition with his design. During college, Mr. Wall interned at Pettigrew & Associates where he worked as a survey technician. Born and raised in Clovis, NM, Austin enjoys disk golf and climbing. He currently resides in Hobbs and is pursuing his professional engineering license.
Teodoro Cano recently joined the Pettigrew team as an Engineering Technician II in the materials testing laboratory. Mr. Cano was born and raised in Villa Ahumada, Chihuahua. After high school he attended the University of Texas at El Paso where he studied Civil Engineering. His degree is expected to be conferred in Spring 2015. Mr. Cano is also pursuing his professional engineering license. Teodoro and his wife Yadira have five children; ages 9, 5, 4, 3, and 1.
