International Banker recently held its annual Banking Awards to acknowledge the top banking institutions and individuals in Asia and Australasia. Hong Leong Bank received the award for Best Innovation in Retail Banking Malaysia 2018.

This paves the way for Malaysia to be the first country outside of China and Hong Kong to be able to make and receive payments using local currency”.
