First Black Female-Owned Credit Repair Software Company, Dispute Express, announces the launch of their new solution to help business owners amid a pandemic

Dispute Express looks poised to disrupt the financial service industry with the creation of credit repair software for business owners. The timeliness of the company’s launch cannot be better, considering the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the credit score of business owners and individuals. The group of young black females, led by Whitney Phillips, is looking to help address the credit repair needs of business owners and their clients with the software to be officially released in the coming days.

“Credit scores can make or break a person’s financial future today, which is why I wanted to release software that makes it easier on everyone,” said Whitney Phillips. “The automation will save business owners at least two-hours per client, if not more. There’s very little room for human error, eliminating additional employee roles and time-consuming manual tasks, like adding clients, sending emails, and sending notifications,” she continued.

Whitney Phillips has firsthand experience with having poor credit and the impact it has on buying a car, home, or investing in a business. She is passionate about changing the conversation, especially in the aspect of allowing more people in the black community to acquire and acquire investments needed to enhance their lives and wealth. Consequently, she launched the first-of-its-kind female-owned credit repair software – Dispute Express.

Dispute Express is dedicated to improving client experience by integrating internal automation into the process. The software aims to solve the common challenges that credit repair business owners face with minor gaps in customer engagements.

Phillips has a power-house team of black female investors supporting the cause, pooling their funds to make Dispute Express a reality. The team includes Priscilla Thompson, Damiaya Bryant, and Brenee Jenkins.

“Small business owners deserve the type of system that can deliver what corporate America brings without having the high price tag,” said Phillips. “That is the goal of Disputes Express.”

According to Phillips, the system is designed to automatically send a notification to the client and turn their dashboard off, changing their status in the system, in case payment fails. This offers complete transparency and control to the business owners, allowing them to manage their clients and payment updates.
