ADC cytotoxin is a cytotoxic agent, also known as payload, which can induce the death of target cells in antibody-drug conjugates (ADC). ADC cytotoxin is the most important component of ADC because it determines the ability to kill ADC cancer cells.
According to the mechanism of action of ADC cytotoxin, they can be divided into DNA damaging agents and tubulin inhibitors.
