Every year, Blackhawk Bank garners a lot of attention for its active involvement in charity events. With Christmas just around the corner, the Bank took the opportunity to express gratitude to its rapidly growing client base for their loyalty and contribution to the Bank’s business success and charity efforts. Blackhawk Bank also wished a Happy Holiday Season to the community of Beloit, WI, and the remaining 11 locations where it operates.In terms of charity events spearheaded by Blackhawk Bank, the final quarter of the year 2021 has been especially productive. On October 26, the Bank announced the release of an employee cookbook. The cookbook marked a major milestone for Blackhawk Bank, its 140th Anniversary. More importantly, the proceeds were used to support yet another worthy cause: Blackhawk Bank’s annual ‘Grateful Giving’ Thanksgiving Food Drive.
Then, on November 17, 2021, Blackhawk Bank held its annual ‘Grateful Giving’ Thanksgiving food drive. Blackhawk employees and customers joined forces and raised a whopping total of $17,128.17, as well as 2,910 non-perishable items. The proceeds and the goods were distributed among Blackhawk Bank’s twelve food pantry mission partners.
