1st Nationwide Mortgage has started offering first-lien mortgages for purchase, refinance and home equity line of credit loans in the state of Alaska.The mortgage company said that it has expanded its mortgage products to serve home buyers and existing homeowners in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau, Sitka, Ketchikan and all throughout Alaska.
The decision is part of an expansion strategy put into practice by the company since early 2014. It has originated millions in its recent markets. It most recently added Oregon and Washington to the list of states outside of its home state of California.
