To enter, women simply need to identify a problem they think they can solve in one of the relevant fields, and create a two- to five-minute video explaining what it is, how they will go about it, how education will help them, and why it matters to them.
South Jersey SEO will then review all the submissions and pick a lucky winner. The idea is to encourage more women to learn more in STEM subjects, and enter sectors where new insight and approaches are desperately needed, in typically male dominated and patriarchal environments. South Jersey SEO looks to encourage innovation in these key fields, and women can be a huge driver for change.
