Lighthouse Property Insurance is an A rated (Demotech) insurance company insuring homes in several southern states. Lighthouse offers an HO3 form with optional additional coverage such as Foundation coverage, Water back up / Sump Pump overflow and many more. The policy also includes Personal Liability, with limits up to $500,000, and Medical payments up to $5,000. It also offers minimum deductible options at $1,000 for All Other Perils and 1% for Windstorm & Hail state wide, which is very reasonable especially for tier 1 and tier 2 counties.
