Earlier today, Meeraqi announced the launch of its new Workshop On Creating Movement Vocabulary In Contemporary Dance, set to go live December 16th and 17th 2017. Saturday and Sunday – 4 pm to 7 pm. For anyone with even a passing interest in the world of contemporary dance, this new development will be worth paying attention to, as it’s set to shake things up.
Currently, with even a passing glance, a person will notice how the same old movement steps are being refurbished. The Creative Director at Meeraqi, Sahiba Singh, makes a point of saying “things are going to change when our Workshop On Creating Movement Vocabulary In Contemporary Dance launches”.
Sahiba Singh continues… “Where you’ll always see our competitors doing the same old thing, we will introduce a specific contemporary dance vocabulary influenced by Satakshi’s ongoing training and interaction with teachers from individual styles of contemporary dance, martial arts, theatre, and Parkour among others.. We do this because we believe we want to stand up for this cause and raise a little awareness in the process. Ultimately this is going to be a huge benefit to our customers because it will give them something nobody else has.”
