Berry also worked with Kia Motors, specializing in wrongful death product liability cases, and then at a large Los Angeles insurance defense firm, where she worked with clients from a variety of industries, including airlines, dentists, chiropractors, and funeral home directors. A well-spoken and passionate woman, Leah Berry is well respected as a trial attorney within the law community and well loved by her clients, who trust her and rely on her knowledge and expertise.
Kevin Jolly spent 27 years as a State Farm trial lawyer, where he tried over 140 civil jury trials to verdict. Through this work, he has earned a reputation as a fierce advocate for his clients, always fighting for what he believes in. Both Kevin Jolly and Leah Berry are members of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), separating themselves as advocates who are wholly dedicated to justice, as well as their clients. Kevin Jolly has attained the rank of Diplomate. Less than 300 attorneys in the United States hold this prestigious rank.
Jolly and Berry have worked together on several complex cases over the years, confirming that their teamwork was an incredible asset to their clients prior to opening Jolly Berry Law together.
