Aquamaster Water Treatment Ltd, is celebrating their 42nd Anniversary, which commemorates 42 years installing and repairing domestic and commercial water softeners, and reverse osmosis systems. The company is based in Wimblington, near Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
In 2015, Aquamaster Water treatment, Ltd., acquired in addition, a Hertfordshire based water treatment business involved in water softening and reverse osmosis purification.
This created the opportunity to expand the water softening and purification activities in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex, which has turned out to be a great success.
Chris Camp the MD of Aquamaster Water Treatment Ltd. has been installing and maintaining Domestic and Commercial water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration & purification systems, ultra violet sterilization units, well-water and bore-hole water treatment, used in all types of applications for problem water.

Chris’s knowledge and experience in the industry has been expounded by exams taken in various aspects of water treatment including Industrial Reverse Osmosis and Industrial High Purity Water through David H Paul., Inc of New Mexico.
Also, whilst living and working in the USA, Certification issued by the State of Tennessee for Well Water Treatment and small water system operator license.
Certification by Kinetico, Inc for the Purefecta reverse osmosis drinking water system and in the UK, Certificate of Legionella Management by IOSH.
Aquamaster Water Treatment Ltd bases its success on delivering a trustworthy, professional and reliable service to new and existing customers and throughout those 42 years of business has survived three major recessions.
The water treatment industry has often undergone a bad press, due to companies who employ purely ‘Salespeople’ who are very good at ‘selling’ equipment but who do not have any understanding or knowledge of the intricacies required before being able to properly recommend the correct equipment for individual requirements.
They sell all types of water treatment systems, many of which will never be able to cope with the various conditions found.
These direct sales people are only interested in making a quick sale for a high commission and then moving on to the next sales job, leaving their customers with no information about ongoing and future servicing or maintenance. Oftentimes, parts will not be able to be replaced, as the water treatment systems come from China and were purely copies of the originals, with no further parts available.
