Twin City specialty water heater installation service, Water Heaters Now, announces the expansion of its “Same Day” water heater service to the cities of Prior Lake, White Bear Lake, Shoreview and Chanhassen, Minnesota.
“We are expanding our reach as we grow our business,” says Water Heaters Now owner Ray Snesrud. “We recently announced our service in Shakopee and Richfield. and are happy to expand our primary service area yet again.”
Water Heaters Now just does water heaters. That strategy has been fueling its rapid growth in the Twin Cities area. Cost savings from specialization have added to their competitive advantage, as the firm is able to pass on some of those savings in reduced costs to consumers. “Most of our business is residential single family houses, but we also do a fair number of commercial installations as well,” says Ray.
“Our hallmark is the same day service. That is critical when a homeowner discovers their basement full of water from a sudden water heater leak.” The firm offers to install a replacement tank style water heater the same day, if they are called by 2PM.
Another advantage of their specialization, is the experience and skill of the firms crews. They know water heaters inside and out and can do a proper installation in less time than the typical plumbing firm, even the big names as a result.
“The other guys may be doing a leaking pipe in the morning and replace a sump pump in the afternoon,” Brian explains. “They may well be good at their jobs, but my guys will beat them every time.”
Speed is one aspect, but quality is important as well. “And that is again where our experience plays out to our benefit,” he claims.
“My guys know what they are doing and have been doing water heaters for a long time. They understand the issues that can develop and have the experience to deal with the odd ball situations that come up more often that you might think,” he says.
