Tuition costs for college and university in the United States can put students and their families back so much financially that it’s stopping a lot of people from attending post secondary schools. The United Student Alliance was formed to provide a resource to help students repay their debt with grants and a strategic payment plan.

The organization is a 501-c3 entity and runs on donations. All donors will receive an official thank you letter, which doubles as a tax exemption form. Donating to the organization has a direct impact on its members and is a way to help people directly by allowing them to graduate debt-free, which could otherwise take years.

The first step for eligible participants is to register as a United Student Alliance member. There is an annual fee for membership, which allows qualified students to apply for grants to go towards their tuition costs, as well as take part in the full debt repayment program.

Each year, the student will contribute a set amount toward their tuition and by making these regular payments and re-applying for the available grants, they will be on track to graduate from their program completely debt-free.

Students need to send sealed transcripts after every year of study to prove completion at the satisfactory level. Students need to maintain an average GPA of 3.0 or higher per semester to remain eligible for the financial assistance provided by the organization.

Full rules and regulations of the program can be found on the website. Interested participants and interested donors can find more information and register by following the link above.
