To achieve the level of precision required by high-tech industries, UPE Alliance Group is a CNC Precision Engineering Company that utilizes the latest in Computerized Numerical Control systems and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). The machines rely on instructions created on LabVIEW, a graphical G-code programming software, to create highly automated fabrication processes that bring unprecedented levels of engineering precision to the table. These precision machines also feature state-of-the-art feedback control and fail-safe systems that reduce wastage through failed fabrication processes, which could otherwise transfer over to the customer as cost or time.
UPE Alliance Group consist of three sub companies, with each operating in its own capacity; the main factory, Unity Precision Engineering Plant 1 with a build-up area of 42,000sqf at Taman Perindustrian Tropika Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru, a smaller, 14,400sqf second Plant 2 located at Desa Cermerlang Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru, and the third, Uniteco Precision, at Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor – staffed by a workforce of 150, 10 and 12 respectively.
