Berkshire, UK thermal measurement equipment manufacturer Process Parameters announced the launch of a new line of Platinum Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) devices. The product line includes devices that use the company’s custom-built Pt100 Sensor and Pt1000 sensors.

The Maidenhead UK temperature measurement company’s line of sensors uses a wide range of sensor technologies. RTD devices find specific application in industrial environments where precision and wide-range temperature measurements are required. All Process Parameters RTDs are compliant to the BS EN 60751 and other British and international standards and can be used as full replacements for Pt100 and Pt1000 devices without the need for additional configuration. The Pt100 sensor is calibrated for a resistance of 100 ohms at the standard of 0°C and the Pt1000 sensor has a resistance of 1,000 ohms at standard temperature.
Platinum resistance thermometers from Process Parameters are designed to measure temperatures ranging from -200°C to 650°C in industrial applications. The new product line includes plain stem flying lead RTDs, mineral-insulated probes, ambient air RTD sensors, terminal head & process head RTDs, as well as HVAC sensors. The company also offers calibration for all device and responsive pre-sales and aftersales support for all products including thermocouples, thermal imaging cameras, and pyrometers.
