San Diego based UE.co launches an innovative 6-month leadership development program for employees.
UE.co has just announced the launch of their new leadership development program, uLeader. The new program aligns with the company’s core value of “continually improving,” and was developed to encourage internal growth and development of soft skills. Throughout the 6-month duration, eligible employees will strengthen their emotional intelligence and conflict management skills, learn how each department contributes to the company, and participate in The Gallup Strengthsfinder test.—
