UE.co has just announced the launch of their new leadership development program, uLeader. The new program aligns with the company’s core value of “continually improving,” and was developed to encourage internal growth and development of soft skills. Throughout the 6-month duration, eligible employees will strengthen their emotional intelligence and conflict management skills, learn how each department contributes to the company, and participate in The Gallup Strengthsfinder test.“We’re thrilled to ignite a program that will foster an environment of life-long learning and leadership qualities within the company,” says Alicia Fitzpatrick, HR Business Partner at UE.co. “It’s our hope that the participants of this program will benefit from the skills they develop in uLeader both professionally and in their personal lives.”
In a recent analysis of UE.co by Great Place to Work, results show that 100% of employees say they have great bosses. The software-based company hopes to further cultivate internal talent with uLeader in efforts of establishing a well-equipped leadership team as the business sustains growth.
