— Dr. Alisha “Ali” Griffith: Autism Mom, Communication Expert, Best Selling Author, IGNITE Coach and Transformational Speaker and Trainer announces a newly launched podcast about mindset change, meditation and stress management,
This podcast aims to broaden its global reach in audio and ultimately drive listeners to have better communication, connection, and creating higher levels of accomplishments.
It could be said, to belong from another world, if you have not heard about stress and stress management. Today’s unpredictable world is full of daily challenges, which makes everyone feel like a participant in an on-going marathon race, where the victory line keeps extending. Hence, it becomes imperative for one to be in constant movement, at a fast pace, to stay ahead of others. This ultimately results in making the person suffer from excessive stress. This stress takes the form of mental and physical health-related problems.
Dr. Ali stress management believes that to achieve happiness and success is to first, be grounded the right mindset. Our belief systems affect all parts of our lives. Learning how to naturally shift with mindset changes throughout the day, leads you to how you will react to the world around you.
To achieve the right mindset, you have to start with meditation. If you have always wanted to learn how to meditate but keep using the, 'I never got ‘round' to it excuse or if you just can’t find the time in the day to do it, or even if you are bit put off from joining a local meditation or yoga group then Dr. Ali can support you. The good news is that it is not necessary to have to turn your life upside down, or join a local group in order for you to take the first step inwards.
You can practice meditation in the comfort of your own home, car, office without tying yourself in knots or contorting your body into some impossible yoga posture. All you will need is a quiet space or room, a chair and perhaps a candle and some incense (if you choose). Many people also may like to use some meditation music in the background or to listen to it on the headphones as it helps them to relax and to withdraw from the 'noise' of the outside world and daily life.
