Tranco Transmission Repair is celebrating their 23rd Anniversary, which commemorates twenty-three years. The 23 years have been a wonderful growing period and at times quite challenging for the business. This is a huge milestone for the Albuquerque, New Mexico-based Transmission Repair Company, which has provided transmission repair to car and truck owners since 1995. Growing in the Albuquerque community has been exciting times for the organization.
Tranco Transmission Repair got it’s start in 1995 when founder Ray Peterek saw an opportunity in the market that had room for more businesses to join. At the time the transmission space was being controlled by really one main brand company.
One of the earliest challenges Tranco Transmission faced was letting the people in the community know that the business was here to help with transmission repair. Back in the early days the internet was still getting started and not being used the way it is today. So advertising was being done the old fashion way with ads on radio, tv, etc.
While every business faces challenges, some, like Tranco Transmission are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. One such victory came when the company started to really advertise and let the people of Albuquerque know that Tranco was here to help.

Tranco Transmission currently consists of 10 employees and has big plans for the upcoming year. One of the core objectives is to streamline the business operations. Tranco has added a Kiosk for the customers to enter data. Making it convenient.
