The 8-day Hypnosis Certification Course offered by A Better You Hypnosis has been developed in accordance with the National Guild of Hypnotists Hypnosis Certification curriculum. It includes 75 hours of instruction and 25 hours of homework and practice sessions. Upon successful completion of the course and the practical assignments, students will be awarded their 100 Hour NGH Hypnosis Certification.
Classes consist of Zoom lectures, Q&A sessions, demonstration of therapeutic processes and techniques, and hands-on supervised practice.
The first part of the course, the Basis Hypnosis Training, covers suggestibility tests, powerful inductions, awakening procedures, deepening techniques, self-hypnosis, and scripts for particular programs, such as Smoking Cessation and Stress Management. The second part of the course is required for Advanced Hypnotherapy Certification and includes various advanced hypnosis techniques.
The course also covers the practical aspects of setting up a successful hypnosis practice, including record keeping, legal considerations, marketing, and advertising.
