The Oasis Institute, located in Aventura, Florida offers integrative medical services on an outpatient basis for clients seeking more comprehensive, personalized care. Brad Kerschensteiner was recently selected by the Oasis Medical Director, Dr. George Munoz, to be part of the Advisory Committee for The Oasis Institute. “I am extremely proud to be part of the leadership team for Oasis. Brad Kerschensteiner was selected for his clinical, Executive coaching and leadership experience. Brad is the founder and President of Integrative Change, Inc., a business referral network for health and wellness professionals with chapters in South Florida and New York City that is now in its fourth year. Brad has mobilized dozens of practitioners across medical, mental health and alternative health modalities to join this organization in order to create lasting referral relationships, learn business networking skills, create community, and to build their practice. “I saw the need for health professionals to network with other like-minded practitioners, learn professional development skills and to prevent burnout that is so common the field.” Through this experience, Brad learned to successfully identify good practitioners, integrate them into a larger network of allied professionals and help them build their professional and business skills. As a psychotherapist in practice for over ten years, Brad also brings to the Oasis Institute a depth of clinical experience and working on teams with multiple practitioners. Finally, Brad also contributes his experience as an Executive Coach in which he trains clients and organizations in improving leadership development, work performance, and emotional intelligence.
