Todd Hill, a real estate developer and home flipper based out of San Jose, California is best known for his role on the hit HGTV reality show “Flip It To Win It” and his advanced training from Flipping Big (flippingbig.com). On the luxury home improvement show, Hill is a part of six teams who battle to buy a house at auction and turn it into a dream home. This show is the ultimate challenge to see who can flip these abandoned and dilapidated homes for top dollar. Now, Hill has set his sights on a new venture, one that will give back to the community and raise awareness on a subject that is negatively affecting thousands of people across the country, the financial strains associated with the horrible disease of cancer.The Todd Hill Foundation aims to raise funds through the Bob Kaufman Scholarship and to raise awareness regarding this alarming situation while at the same time honoring his best friend who passed after a 15 year battle with brain cancer. By using his high profile status as a reality TV star, Hill believes he can make a difference by generating funding for students who are struggling to meet the high monetary costs associated with this horrible disease. This charity will not only raise funding for those in need, it will also put the issue front and center through various media outlets.

Anywhere from building and remodeling to investigating and development, Todd brings his expertise to any challenge that comes his way. This talent for high-end design and a firm dedication for seeing projects through from start to finish is his calling card. Along with being a highly sought after real estate entrepreneur, Todd has a passion for giving back. Along with the Todd Hill Foundation, Hill donates to elementary schools and is a dedicated member of his community. He currently lives in Los Gatos, California.
