Tinker Self Storage has brought on new expertise and named Lindy Kilpatrick as new Site Manager in charge of managing the Midwest City location. Lindy has 5 years experience as a Site Manager.

5-year Site Manager and Trainer for other Self Storage Locations, 22 years in customer service in retail and Property Management, Lindy Kilpatrick takes new position as Site Manager for Tinker Self Storage in Midwest City, OK. Full details can be found on the About Us section of the company website, http://www.tinkerselfstorage.com/.

Tinker Self Storage CEO, Steven Bell expressed confidence that Lindy Kilpatrick is ready to handle the job, saying:

Lindy was the perfect manager to take over our self storage location in Midwest City, as she has the experience of hiring and training managers for 22 other self storage facilities for her former employer. We know her broad experience in the industry is going to go a long way in making Tinker Self Storage the ‘go to’ facility for Midwest City residents.

Among the new responsibilities Lindy Kilpatrick can expect to handle, the main challenges are:

Become actively involved in the Midwest City community with upcoming booths at a local music festival along with coordinating a community yard sale that will be held at Tinker Self Storage.

Working with the city of Midwest City to raise the street sign 6 1/2 feet to 20 feet tall to improve visibility to traffic on S. Douglas Boulevard. Tinker Self Storage is in a valley on the west side of S. Douglas Boulevard, which makes it difficult to see from roadside traffic. Lindy has worked alongside owners Steven and Stacey Bell to secure approval from the city of Midwest City to raise the company’s sign which will allow better street visibility. The sign is scheduled to be raised within the next month. Tinker Self Storage is located in a valley on the west side of the road between S&B’s Burger Joint and the new Zaxby’s Chicken.

Lindy has made on site property improvements including speed limit signs, safety signs, and a remodeled office. Tinker Self Storage has many benefits to Midwest City residents and military personnel at Tinker Air Force Base besides being a new and modern self-storage facility. Their customers have 24 hour access to their storage units and all of their self-storage units are individually alarmed, so the tenant has the added protection of an alarm on their individual unit. They have 25 video cameras monitoring the property for added security. Another benefit that Tinker has is Site Manager, Lindy Kilpatrick living on the property for even more security.

All of their self-storage units have 10 foot ceilings and they have a 10 percent discount for military personnel, senior citizens, and Rose State College students.

Tinker Self Storage also has an abundance of 10’x20′ self-storage units, which Lindy says is great for a family that wants to clean out their garage so they have room to put one or both of their cars in the garage instead of household items that tend to take up space in most garages. A 10’x20′ self-storage space is roughly equivalent to a one car garage.

Customers and current employees are invited to send their messages of congratulations and welcome to the new Site Manager via the website: http://www.tinkerselfstorage.com/.
