Lucie Nadeau has been recognized for providing quality foot care service in the Thunder Bay area for the last 4 years. Her charismatic personality and approach to help her clients keep their independence by maintaining their feet to the highest standards of her profession. This recognition is in part to her maintaining professional work ethics.


Lucie has been involved with the health care field for over 9 years, getting her start when she enrolled in the Registered Practical Nursing Program at Confederation College in Thunder Bay, ON. After graduating and working in the field as a licensed RPN at Dawson Court Homes for the Aged and St. Joe’s Hospital, she decided to go into foot care as it was severely lacking in this city.


After Studying at Algoma Foot Smart and Sault College in May 2015, Lucie’s clientele has steadily increased since graduation. In December 2015, Lucie formally began Lucie’s Mobile Foot Care. In response to a question on the driving force behind her success, Nadeau has explained that it was a love for caring about people, feeling appreciated by clients, and working independently


Reflecting on the recognition Nadeau is quoted as saying: “Putting Quality before Quantity to serve you better”.


In a recent one-to-one interview, Nadeau reminisced on other past achievements, which helped build momentum towards the present day. Notably, one of the proudest was: ” Starting my own Business”.


In the same interview, Nadeau stated her intentions for the future. The primary goal for the next 12 months, Nadeau states, ” I hope to continue serving my clients in Thunder Bay, Atikokan, and outlying communities. Looking farther ahead, the aim is to be financially independent and to get married.


When asked more personally about how they want to be perceived and remembered, Nadeau said: “reliable, dependable, experienced in High-quality foot care services and compliant with Ministry of Health Canada Guidelines. “


Nadeau closed the interview by sharing her recommendation for anybody who wanted to follow in her footsteps in some fashion, perhaps taking the achievements even further. According to Lucie Nadeau, the key is an outgoing and friendly personality, ongoing training, awesome work ethic.
