Both The Summit Preparatory Academy and Elizabeth Crain were selected for the 2018 Robertson County Main Street Awards
— The Summit Preparatory Academy is proud to announce that it has been named Best Preschool in Robertson County for the third consecutive year by readers of The Connection. The Robertson County Main Street Awards are granted based on the results of an annual readers poll. This year, 50,000 people voted.
“It’s a wonderful honor,” said Director Elizabeth Crain. “We have built an extraordinary community here, and we are proud of the work we do. But we also know that we could not have been as successful as we have been without the support of the parents and the entire White House and Springfield communities. It is humbling that people vote for us year after year after year. We’ll do everything we can to make sure we continue to live up to, and exceed, our reputation.”
Elizabeth Crain, Director of The Summit, is also a three-time winner of a Robertson County Main Street Award. This marks her third consecutive year being named “Best Headmaster/Principal in Robertson County.” Ms. Crain has been with The Summit for the last 11 years, and her leadership has allowed the school to expand its academic programming. The Summit now offers kindergarten classes, as well as an off-site campus dedicated to early childhood learning for infants between 6 and 12 weeks.
