The Fix-It Panel features Alan Hernandez, Brian Spitz and Ray Sasser. These real estate experts, will address real-life deals and provide solutions to issues that can occur at each step of a transaction.

RICH’s March Main Event and Trade Show, The Fix-It Panel, is a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to obtain personal assistance in structuring real estate deals and resolving issues and problems that have occurred during the transaction. The panel brings a wealth of experience and knowledge and will share their expertise to assist others by addressing issues and roadblocks that have occurred during the structuring of real estate deals.

Ray Sasser is a former president of the Realty Investment Club of Houston. Currently, he and his brother, Audie, operate Race Properties. They have been active house buyers in the Houston Market for over 25 years. They buy, sell and rehab houses while managing properties for themselves and others. They have successfully completed hundreds of transactions. Ray is also a Principal with Lin Ray Mentoring, mentoring students in the art of real estate investing.
Alan Hernandez is an investment realtor, loan officer, property manager and consultant with White Picket Realty, one of Houston’s top investment companies. He has been involved in real estate investing for more than eight years, helping hundreds of investors achieve their investment goals. He is a member of RICH, Wealth Club and several other investment clubs in Houston.

Brian Spitz, owner of Big State Home Buyers, is a real estate professional, entrepreneur and a leading real estate investor in Houston. He has assisted countless clients in buying and selling homes in a seamless manner, enabling them to make the best deal possible.

The Main Event and Trade Show will be March 1, 2014, beginning at 8:30 am until 12 noon. The event will be at the RICH Conference Center, 4220 Lockfield Street,Houston, TX 77092. First time guests are free, otherwise it’s $30. Preregistration is not required, but everyone can do so at the event information page. RICH Deal-A-Minute will be featured in the morning segment.

The Realty Investment Club of Houston, established in 1979, is a non-profit trade association serving and providing for the real estate investment community of the greater Houston area.
