The International Trade Council (www.tradecouncil.org) today announced the appointment of its Chairperson for the Greater Austin Region, Mr Adil Dalal.Adil Dalal is the CEO of Pinnacle Process Solutions, Intl®, LLC; past-Chair of ASQ's Human Development & Leadership division and past-Education and Certification Chair of Lean Enterprise Division of ASQ. He has led over 350 strategic and tactical lean six sigma, leadership development, Software development, factory re-layouts and Merger and Acquisition programs globally across various industries. Adil is also a distinguished global keynote speaker, an award-winning author and the recipient of '2014 Global Award for Outstanding contribution to Quality & Leadership'.
Adil coaches global executives and government leaders internationally to enhance the value of human potential and optimize performance of leaders, individuals and organizations through his many innovations. He has pioneered Sustainable Operational Excellence™ (SOpEx™) and has implemented programs accelerating excellence in strategy, systems, processes and products in several organizations globally. Adil also focuses on integrating human excellence into all his solutions. His advanced software, Pinnacle Performance Zone™ acts as a coach, allowing the training personnel to be in a stress-free zone of performance excellence, similar to that attained by successful Olympic athletes.
