[ST LOUIS, Mo.- April 6, 2020–] The law offices of HAIS, HAIS & GOLDBERGER, P.C. would like to extend an open letter to their dear clients. Susan Hais and her husband, Samuel J. Hais recently wrote:
“In this time of all of us working together and getting through this crisis, we intend to keep working for you and as such we have adapted by offering conference calls instead of in person meetings, by phone, or conference call, or zoom. We also want you to know that we are able to work at the office and remotely and are able to continue to do discovery on your cases, send out subpoenas, contact opposing attorneys and the Court. The Court is still conducting conference calls and giving us Court dates forward. So we want all of you to know that I and my office have never given up on anything and don’t intend to do that now….. We want you to know that we are accessible to you now more than ever.”
The letter was signed by the four attorneys at Hais, Hais, & Goldberger, P.C.: Susan Hais, Sam Hais, Elliott Goldberger, and Dzenana Delic.
The firm recently hired two new attorneys to their family law legal team: Caitlin Keene and Diana Mallon. Prior to that, Susan Hais was chosen to receive the 2019 prestigious Top 10 Award for the state of Missouri. The National Academy of Family Law Attorneys (NAFLA) used a multi-phase selection process and chose Hais to receive their highest honor. Hais earned the award through endless work and dedication representing her clients in family law. The Hais, Hais & Goldberger, P.C. firm also won the award in 2018, and added the Lawyers of Distinction Award that same year.
