Founded in 2010, The Good Batch Bakery has become one of the most popular bakeries in Brooklyn. The store started with hand-pressed stroopwafel cookies, but has since grown to include its famous ice cream sandwiches, cakes and more.
The bakery is offering both on-site catering and delivered ice cream sandwiches. For on-site catering jobs, the business has a full-service cart complete with staff, dry ice, napkins and client’s choice of flavors.
For those who prefer self-service, the bakery also offers pre-packed coolers with a menu of ice cream sandwiches selected by the client. The reusable cooler comes with enough dry ice to last between 3-5 hours.
The Good Batch Bakery has a wide variety of ice cream sandwich flavors to choose from. Popular options include Brownie Caramel, Chocolate Chunk and Confetti Cake.
Clients can also get custom designed cookies from the bakery. Cookies are available in a pre-packed cellophane bag or as a platter. Flavors include Chocolate Chip, Confetti, Tahini Chocolate Chunk, Brown Butter Salty, Oat Chocolate Chunk, Ginger Molasses and more.
