The Cyber Embassy, the world’s 1st, 100% Full-Fledged Internet church is set to Organize a made-for-internet 12-Hour Gospel Concert, termed ‘Worship Without Walls 2020’. The 1st of its kind made-for-internet gospel concert will feature 50 of the top gospel artistes from around the world.
At a time of Covid19 Pandemic, where activities and programs of churches have been severely limited, The Cyber Embassy internet Church has decided to raise the voice of praise on a global level with a 12 – Hour Marathon Live worship event on the internet featuring some of the most accomplished gospel artistes around the globe.
According to Dr Ope Banwo, the Vision Overseer of the all Internet Church, “Covid19 can close our churches down for a while, but no pandemic can never stop our Praise!”
From information available on its site, the Worship Without Walls event will take place over a 12 consecutive non-stop hours on Sunday, MAY 31ST, 2020 form 7AM -7pm New York Time [12noon to 12 midnight London and Lagos times] and be broadcast live across all social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, Linkedin etc. from its main site www.WorshipWithoutWalls.Online
When asked to explain the rationale for the 12-Hour Marathon Worship event, Dr Ope Banwo, the Convener of the Gospel event, who is popularly referred to as ‘Pastor O’ by his members, said “Jesus Once told the Samaritan woman at the well, ‘believe me, a time is coming when you will worship the father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem’. That time is here and we embrace it with all the passion of true believers “
The Cyber Embassy Of Christ is the 1st Full-Fledged internet church that started late in 2019 and currently have over 38,000 followers on Facebook and about 840 fully registered members on its private membership site. The Mission of the church as stated on its website is to minister to, convert and disciple to people about Christ on the internet while they are on the internet.
The all internet church operates and flows in the 5 purposes of the Church, including Worship, Ministry, Evangelism, Fellowship and Discipleship exclusively online. According to the operational documents of The Cyber Embassy of Christ, though they are registered as a Non-Profit organization in the United States, the all internet church does have or operate any physical building, and have no plans to do so in the future.
