This online tennis workout course has been launched so that individuals can get the fitness and training they need to increase their abilities on the court. It is suitable for both new tennis players and for those players who are experienced.

The “Total Tennis Home Workout” allows all tennis players to train anywhere with 9 easy to follow workouts. The company designed this tennis-playing course for people who have to be at home and have limited space.

It is designed for anyone 10 and above and requires minimal equipment. The recommended number of workouts varies depending on individuals’ schedules from 1 – 7 sessions per week.

The sessions are only 20 – 40 minutes. A gym is not required and users are given lifetime access to the training and can view the lessons and workouts on a convenient app on their phone, desktop, laptop, or tablet.

The “Total Tennis Home Workout” includes workouts on strength, core training, resistance bands, foot speed, coordination, preparation steps, coordination, agility, movement, acceleration, court speed, power, serving, groundstrokes, and specific power exercises.

Further instructions and tennis training have been added that include mobility, avoiding injuries, fitness, endurance, recovery, tennis yoga, balance, and 12 tennis-specific core exercises.

The company found that these core exercises, help tennis players feel stronger through their torso and help prevent injuries. Having a strong core is the foundation for tennis players.

Neil Sutherland, a recent customer wrote, “I played last night, one of the older players asked what training I do, he said you are so fast at the net! I also found that I have improved on my groundstrokes, which used to be a problem. So some big changes already and I just started.”

During the launch, the company is giving away several bonuses for anyone that orders soon.
