The Sudoku Professor announced today they donated $1,550 of their sales from September to help victims of Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas and along the Atlantic Coast. The company, headquartered in Raleigh, ran a promotion within the Sudoku student community to raise funds to help those in need.
The company made the donation to The Samaritan’s Purse, an international organization for charitable outreach based out of Boone, N.C.
The organization has been on the ground helping storm victims with temporary shelters, clothing, and food for victims of the disaster. Hurricane Dorian broke land as a devastating Category 5 Hurricane at the end of August. The recovery effort is ongoing.
The Sudoku Professor owner Chad Barker says they’ve always admired the The Samaritan’s Purse and the work they do helping victims of tragedies, disasters, and storms like Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas and along the Atlantic Coast. He said they’re thrilled to be able to give to an organisation that has given so much and done so much good over the years.
The company has previously supported The Samaritan’s Purse in other relief efforts and is proud to continue supporting such a “tremendous organization that does so much good for so many” says Barker.
He said anyone who purchased Sudoku Professor’s Sudoku Solving System will now know not only do they get the best helps people solve harder sudoku puzzles faster and with fewer mistakes while having more fun they’ll also be helping victims of Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas and along the Atlantic Coast.
