San Diego, California: The law firm of Strazzeri Mancini LLP, today announced it has moved its offices, opened a second office in Orange County, expanded a focused line of business, and the principals have sold their interest in another firm, California Estate and Elder Law LLP. These milestones are a major move for Strazzeri Mancini LLP on its mission to change with the times and provide outstanding client service.

Joe Strazzeri, a principal at the firm says, “Change is the only constant and we must have the energy, freedom, and love to embrace change, which can be exciting opportunities or uncomfortable realities.”

Specifics of the transition include:

– San Diego Office Location: 10251 Vista Sorrento Parkway, Suite 250 – San Diego, CA 92121

– Orange County Office Location: 9870 Research Drive, Irvine, CA 92618

– The firm has expanded its’ Family Governance line of business and aligned with Carmen Bianchi who has 27 years of experience in family governance.

– The firm has added Attorneys Danniel (“Danny”) J. Wexler, of Newport Beach and Richard Katzman, of San Diego

– The firm is no longer affiliated with California Estate and Elder Law LLP – May 2019

– Joe Strazzeri and Steve Mancini continue to be thought leaders and impact their community through their ownership and active involvement in their Care to Know Family of Resources: Strazzeri Mancini LLP, Southern California Institute, and The Founders Group.

Lessons Learned – A strong dose of wisdom:

Over the past five years Joe and Steve successfully combined estate and elder law firms into a new brand, California Estate and Elder Law, LLP. As Joe put it, “Though focusing on disability planning as a major part of basic estate planning was important, we neglected to ensure our foundational culture, creating a virtual “hug” for our clients. With help from our friends and our internal insight, we were reminded that technical expertise needs to be combined with the main forces in our life’s work – culture, follow through, and counseling.”

Consequently, Strazzeri Mancini LLP separated from and sold off their interest in California Estate and Elder Law, LLP.

Protecting Promises

According to Strazzeri, “Throughout our four decades of supporting families, we have made countless commitments to our clients, and the clients of those with whom we coach and partner. We have looked each other directly in the eyes and given our word… ‘We will be there for you, your spouse, and your children when you no longer can be.’”

Strazzeri went on to say, “Through our Protecting Promises practice area, we still serve the ongoing needs of our client families whose estates comprise less than $10 Million of assets. On a private-client basis, we also work with new clients referred by financial advisors, attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals, whom we coach and partner with through our Southern California Institute.”

Strazzeri Mancini LLP helps affluent families get to the heart of highly relevant matters and resolve messes in the areas of integrated tax and estate planning, business succession, and family governance counseling.
