Among the new responsibilities Diana Begly can expect to handle, the main challenges are:
Improving customer satisfaction, handling core HR support, and charting a new marketing direction while organizing and executing the day to day operations of the largest self storage facility in Jefferson County.
Improving local community awareness of all the causes that Storage Made EZ supports, from local veterans organizations to local sports Team’s, she will raise awareness of all the major causes supported locally.
Inter office cooperation and internal organization. As office manager Diana will be in charge of internal cash auditing, contract auditing, customer relations management, reputation management and the overall HR tasks and duties that her position warrants.
The way people communicate is changing but has not made a full turn yet. Diana’s experience and young age will give her an edge, being able to seamlessly interact with storage clients both in person and via digital media is a key component in driving rentals in the future.
