St. George, UT -- St George real estate foreclosures expert Brian Lewis announces his return to the Southern Utah Real Estate Investors Association (SUREIA), as the new president. The SUREIA will return to Dixie with a meeting on November 13, 2014.

As president, Lewis will bring in other top real estate investors from all over the nation to share their expertise and opportunities with members of the association. Topics to be covered include cash flow properties, building passive income in real estate, creative financing options for real estate investors, and understanding real estate market cycles.
SUREIA will hold a monthly Mastermind group to share knowledge about the St George real estate market. Each month members will have the opportunity to attend a workshop with an in depth market update presentation, and network with other investors. At each meeting members of the association may present properties they have for sale.
The Mastermind group will meet every second Thursday of the month at the St. George Hampton Inn at 53 S River Rd, St George, Utah. Networking starts at 6:30, with the REIA St. George meeting starting at 7pm. The last half hour of each meeting is an entrepreneur/ investor brainstorming session to connect and express ideas on any investment opportunities outside of real estate.

Brian Lewis is a Southern Utah native who played football for the University of Oklahoma, University of Utah and was invited and tried out for the Oakland Raiders. In 2003, he returned to southern Utah to pursue his true passion - real estate ventures. He is a licensed Utah real estate broker and has completed more than 352 real estate transactions, representing in excess of $42,000,000 in commercial and residential transactions. He now focuses on purchasing distressed properties and improving Southern Utah neighborhoods one house at a time.
In addition to being the President of SUREIA, Lewis is the owner/broker of Silverstone Real Estate, a premier real estate brokerage and Sooner Inc. a redevelopment firm both headquartered in St George, Utah.
