Evergreen, Colorado-based Skyfor INC., a national buyer’s agent association, has launched a United states Smart Home Search Broker Network that includes all 50 states. This new consumer tool enables those in search of buyer agency specialists who are highly rated brokerage firms, to find exactly what they need.

Recently launched, the Smart Home Search database lists only ‘top rated’ agencies and brokers who receive rave reviews and ratings by consumers. The regularly updated database typically offers consumers two or more agent choices.
All agencies and brokers listed in the database, except the newest arrivals, have a 10+ rating where more than two consumers have given them a rating of 10 consecutively. Also, Skyfor staff have assessed these agencies and brokers.
State listings include an office number, the areas the agency or broker covers including primary counties and designations, and the company philosophy. To use the network, consumers simply fill out a form, or choose an office number and then call the Skyfor office for more information on the agency or broker.
Skyfor began building an agent database in 1995. Overtime this has developed into the Smart Home Search Network. Overall, the goal of this network is to create an easy to use database of the best agents available across the country, so consumers find agents that fit not only their needs but also their expectations.
When asked about the network, a spokesperson for Skyfor said, “Often a buyer doesn’t think about an agent until they start searching for a property. But, to save themselves more time and capital, they should be finding a buyer’s agent first, then starting their property search. A buyer’s agent helps to find the right property and then negotiates on a buyer’s behalf, which can shave thousands off the cost of a home, or in some strong seller markets, get their clients the winning bid.” The spokesperson said that many consumers are inquiring in the past few weeks about Florida agents due to plans for 2nd homes this winter.
