I bought this to replace the old first aid kit I keep in the car and to throw in the backpack on day hikes with the kids or mountain biking and for those applications both the contents of the kit and its size are perfect. If I were going on extended camping trips or multi-day hikes out in remote areas, I'd likely opt for a more extensive medical kit but for a basic, really well laid out first aid kit I can't see how you'd beat this one.”
