According to statistics released by BreastCancer.org, approximately 12% of all women in the US will develop invasive breast cancer at some point in their life. Furthermore, in 2016, it's estimated that nearly 250,000 new cases of breast cancers are expected to be diagnosed in the US alone, with 61,000 cases of non-invasive breast cancer on top of that.
