Mr. Quinlan also cited Mr. Brier's outspoken advocacy on the need for common-sense gun laws like universal background checks, extreme risk protection orders, and child access prevention laws.
Mr. Brier also believes that putting such measures in place is an important step to ensuring the wrong person doesn't have access to a weapon and keeping our children safer at school.
Sean and Tom both hail from Scranton, Pennsylvania where their families have been friends for decades.
