KM BUILDERS took home five awards from the annual National Association of the Remodeling Industry’s (NARI) Evening of Excellence on Friday, November 18.

Each year, the annual event brings together builders and remodelers from all over the San Antonio area and encourages friendly competition in the Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards program. KM BUILDERS brought home four CotY Awards in the following categories:
Entire House Remodel Under $250,000, Residential Exterior Remodel $100,000 and above, Residential Kitchen Remodel $40,000-$80,000, and Residential Addition Under $100,000.
Additionally, KM BUILDERS took home a BUZZ award, a recent addition to the NARI CotY program, which recognizes excellence in marketing. KM Builders received a BUZZ Award in the following category:
