According to a report released by the company, chlorine dioxide is widely accepted as a safe antimicrobial additive mixed with water to make it safe for drinking. It has also been recognized by the WHO (World Health Organization) as safe to use in hospitals and other healthcare facilities. The gas emitted by chlorine dioxide is used to sterilize medical equipment, tools, and surfaces.
Oneness Labs water purification products come in convenient dropper bottle kits. The kits include one 2oz bottle of sodium chlorite and one 2oz bottle of hydrochloric acid or citric acid activators. When mixed together, the solutions result in chlorine dioxide.
The strong antimicrobial agent releases a highly active form of oxygen which oxidizes and purifies water. It can neutralize microorganisms, viruses, parasites, and other bacteria in drinking water so that it is safe for human consumption.
