The American Psychological Association (APA) reported that 72 percent of adults are stressed about finances. A whopping 22 percent of adults claimed their stress as “severe.”

Smart employers are aware that extreme financial strain can affect employees that, in turn, can signal an overall decline for any business. Absenteeism decreased morale, unfocused workforce, and diminished productivity are just some of the effects of financially stressed employees.

Kalivas and Rosley’s Financial Planning Program gives employees a similar benefit as high net worth individuals. The program also provides financial literacy that will help employees understand their economic track to support their long-term financial needs.

Consequently, the planning program creates increased confidence and peace of mind in the employees’ plan to achieve their future goals and dreams.

Kalivas said, “While underwriting I noticed a large population of friends, family, neighbors, and acquaintances that appeared lost at the slightest mention of financial terms. My desire to bring financial literacy to everyone was birthed. I founded the Glen Ellyn Women’s Investment Club (much like the famous Beardstown Ladies but, legit) and now I speak frequently to groups on day-to-day financial issues such as budgeting, stocks, and college savings. I regularly speak to large military groups teaching on retirement, money management and empowering our servicemen and women to believe they can understand and manage their finances.”

Kalivas and the rest of the team at RK Financial Wellness believe that everyone deserves the best financial plan. Kalivas and Rosley spend their time helping clients and their employees put in order not only their economic life, a strong focus on family, time, lifestyle and the things that money can’t buy.
