While many fashion trends come and go, a recent survey revealed one fashion favorite that hasn't faded away. A new survey
conducted at the Mall of America shows that the little black dress is still very much in demand.

More than 300 women of many different ages and backgrounds participated in the exclusive survey. While many women confess to
having at least one little black dress, the survey's findings showed an overwhelming popularity for the fashion staple. 93% of the women who took part
in the survey personally owned one little black dress, and 2% of the remaining women said they had a go-to favorite dress in another color. A staggering 43%
of the survey's participants revealed that they owned more than one little black dress. Only a few women said that they didn't own a little black dress or
any other dress.
The women who did have little black dresses, however, came to similar conclusions about their favorite dresses.
Many mentioned that they enjoyed the incredulous comfort. One survey participant said, “Meeting a new guy can be stressful enough. Dating is tough.
I want to wear something I look good in and that feels familiar.” The simplicity and ease of the little black dress has appealed to many generations.
Another survey participant said, “It's one of those things that women are just supposed to own, like a good purse or a decent pair of heels. My mother had
one. My sisters have one. My best friend has three!”
